So i've downloaded the app, cleared all the. Now, I paid for the Snagit 2020 (I have Mojave OS system which is supposed to work) and got the key. The 2018 one worked perfectly, I would use the screenshot tool in the top bar of my Mac and then the editor would open so I could edit and save, all good. So i've been a pro member of Snagit since 2018. I submitted a ticket and even the support can't figure out what's wrong so let me try to see here if anyone fixed the same issue I keep having.
